真的很棒!我一天吃2-3次野生鱼,我要避开养殖海产品。我喜欢吃(鳕鱼,鯕鳅,比目鱼)(有时吃扇贝或虾)从来不吃罗非鱼或金枪鱼。It has actually been great! I eat wild caught fish 2-3 times a day, I avoid farm raised seafood. I like to eat (Cod,Mahi, flounder) (sometimes I'll have scallops or shrimp)never tilapia or tuna.
