一句话瑜伽,第240期Kerstin:有时你的身体不得不告诉你该做什么,什么时候该停下来。Sometimes your body has to tell you what to do and when to stop.
你的身体比你的头脑更清楚。it's the body that knows better than your mind.
今天确实发生了。And today exactly that happened.
我有这么多且不同的事情,同时,不仅要兼顾,而且要百分百的完成。I have so many and especially different things and duties to care for at the same moment and I want to fulfill them all- 100%.
但有时它根本无法实现。所以,在只有5个小时的睡眠,5个小时的民法课和两个星期的备考之后,我和老公一起学习时又睡着了。But sometimes it simply doesn't work out. So after only 5 hours of sleep,5 hours of civil law classes and studying for exams in two weeks I fell asleep while studying with the hubby.
我只是在他说话的时候睡着了,我太累了,因为这些天忙着做同样的事。I just fell asleep while he was talking.I was so super exhausted because the days before looked similar.
除此之外,我试着练习瑜伽,拍照,教学,会见亲友。And beside that I try to practice yoga, take pictures,teach, be present for friends and family.
但我现在需要的只是睡觉。我应该倾听我的身体。不管怎样,事情总会解决的。But all I need now is sleep. And I should listen to my body. It will work out anyway.
