Starting Position: Begin on hands and knees with a stability ball directly in front of you.
Movement:
Place one hand on the stability ball and lower the rest of your body while maintaining a neutral spine.
Hold a mild stretch for 20-30 seconds.
Repeat 2-3 times with each arm.
