Then send us a Fit Pic—that is, a photo of you doing any Core Performance movement—between now and December 12 and you'll be entered for a chance to win a 30-minute phone consultation with a Core Performance specialist to review your technique and get advice to reach your goals.

On December 13, we’ll randomly select one grand prize winner for the coaching consultation and 10 runner-ups to receive a free Core Performance t-shirt. Everyone who enters will receive an extended free trial to our online training programs.
