小鱼寄语：病态时尚（Heroin chic/waif）在上世纪90年代中期成为流行时尚，以kate moss 为代表，其特点是苍白的皮肤，眼睛下方的黑眼圈，非常瘦的身体，深红色的唇膏和棱角分明的骨骼结构。这一形象的特点是瘦弱的面容和性别模糊，1996年洛杉矶时报的一篇文章指出，时尚界有“一种虚无主义的审美”，实际上是反映了一种病态的审美观。

也许曾经有一段时间，病态瘦看起来很受欢迎，让和多人趋之若鹜。Perhaps there was a time when the waif/heroin look was popular and many did starve themselves to resemble them.
我并不是说我是一个模特，或者把自己和杂志上的那些人做比较，我想说我吃…很多（目前的备赛像个男人一样在吃）并且努力训练。I am not saying I am a model or comparing myself to those in magazines but I am saying that I certainly eat... a lot (currently eating like a man on prep) and train hard.
我不依赖有氧运动来实现目标。我依靠重量训练和补充适当的营养来完成。I don 't rely on cardio to achieve definition.. I depend on weight training and proper nutrition to deliver that.

具有讽刺意味的是，我处在一个对自我形象严格要求的运动中，然而我已经获得了更多的自我接纳和安全感。The irony is that I am in a sport that is highly consumed with a self image, yet I have gained so much more self acceptance and secure with who I am.

嗯，这变成了一场漫长的较量。前几天我拍了这张照片，我觉得很欣慰：天…这个大姑娘是我！当然，这听起来有点自负，但让我感到自豪的是，我找到了实现目标的正确方法。Well, this turned into a long rant. I took this picture the other day and was taken back by it because I said : wow... that big girl is me!.Sure it sounds a bit egotistical,but it made me proud that I found the right way to reach my goal.
