作为一名运动员，对我来说最具决定性的时刻是能够站在健美舞台上。The most defining moment for me, as an athlete- is being able to get up on this stage.

它驱动我，补给我，每天点燃我的热火。It's what drives me, fuels me and ignites my spark everyday.

我很幸运能够和你们分享我的旅程，但是我的激情只属于这里，我知道这不是每个人都能做到，不是你们所有人都能得到，不是你们所有人都能像我一样专业，没关系的。l'm so incredibly lucky to be able to share all legs of my journey with you guys - but this right here, is where my passion lies, I know it's not for everyone, not all of you get it, not all of you like me in stage condition, and that's totally fine.

但是舞台上的这一刻，是我的人生追求以及像运动员一样的付出，而这永远不会改变。but this moment right here, and the process to get right here is what I LlVE FOR and work for as an athlete, and that will never change.

磨练，努力，挑战，我热爱健美。The grind, the push, the challenge.I love bodybuilding.

训练变得折磨和艰难，但我坚定不移。Training gets gruelling and tough -but I wouldn't have it any other way.

​我喜欢这项运动，因为它带给我欢乐。我这样做是因为这就是我。l love this sport because of the joy that it brings me. I do this because it's who I am.
