有时候，我们开始认为，动机意味着对某件事情总是充满激情，十分活跃。但是从实际出发，动机只是你做某事的理由。Sometimes we start to think that motivation means being constantly fired up and overly animated about something.But looking at the actual definition, motivation is simply your reason for doing something.
我总是有动机的，但不是大众描述的那种动机。I'm constantly motivated, but not in the way that social media might portray motivation.
