想想烤一个巧克力蛋糕吧,你没有把巧克力放进烤箱里,哪来的巧克力蛋糕,对吧?Think about baking a chocolate cake- you don't just put chocolate in the oven and expect a chocolate cake to come out, right?
这么多的东西需要发挥作用——成分,计量,遵循正确的步骤。So many things need to come into play- the ingredients,measured quantities,the right steps to follow.
同样的道理也适用于后弯练习——但不能因为这样,就无节制的让整个练习都离不开后弯。Same thing applies for a backbend practice- just because it's called that way doesn't mean the entire practice should be composed of backbends.
事实上,我的练习大部分是在全身的热身(呼吸、大脑、臀部、肩膀、核心和背部)。In fact, my practice is built mostly of warm ups of the entire body (breath, brain, hips, shoulders, core and back).
只有这样,我才能进入20分钟的深拉伸和后弯,而后小心的放松下来。and only then do I go into about 20 minutes of deeper stretching and backbends, and then a careful cool down to unwind it all.
当然每个人都不尽相同。Of course everyone is different.
但我要说的雷区是——不要过度,要明智,听取意见并小心地建立你的练习,就像你烘烤美味的巧克力蛋糕一样。but the maim thing I'm saying is- don't over do it, be wise, get advice and build your practice with care, just as you'd bake a yummy chocolate cake.
