一年中的每一天我都在埋头苦干！！！！过去的4年的圣诞节，我一直在备赛，每一个生日，我一直在备赛！It's taken so much grinding every single day of the year!!! The past 4 New Years/ Christmas days I've been in prep, everybirthday I've been in prep!
整整2年，我已竭尽全力，希望能够几十年如一日的坚持！For a solid 2 years I've busted my ass and had wished in that first year I took it as serious as I do now!
既要年轻又要肌肉成熟是几乎不可能的，但我知道如果我坚持下去，我将力争上游。Being young, muscle maturity is almost impossible, but I know if I keep going it will put me abead of my game.
我们都可以谦言是自己在和自己比赛，但我们每个人登台…就是为了赢！We can all say it's me VS me but we all know everyone who keeps showing up ... wants to WIN!
直到备赛结束，我才终于赢得与食物方面的战斗。我的观点是…耐心点…改变你的思想和身体需要时间！Not till the end of my prep just gone I had finally gained control of my post comp struggles with food binge outs!My point here is... wait for it.... changing your mind and body takes time!
尝试和错误，赢和输，讨厌和喜欢，放下姿态，你会在这过程中了解非常多的自己，我总是鼓励人们勇闯这条漫长的路。Trial and error, wins and loses, hatred and love, self image issues and ego there is so much you'll learn about yourself in the process and I'll always encourage people to take this LONG road..
你必须记住，这不是终点，健美不是一个目的地，它是没有尽头的旅程。You must remember bodybuilding is not a destination it is a never ending journey.
