首先，我选择成为一个全天然的运动员，没有任何种类的药物，没有可疑的补剂。For one, I choose to be an ALL NATURAL athlete, no drugs of any sort, no questionable supplements.
我没有进行任何整形……no plastic surgeries of any kind...
但是，很多时候，有女孩告诉我，她们喜欢NPC的比赛，但会选择其他组织单位，因为她们认为NPC和IFBB的所有健美选手都在用药。BUT, more often than not, I have girls tell me that they'd love to compete in the NPC but choose a different organization bc they are under the impression that NPC and IFBB athletes all take drugs.
我证明了事实并非如此，你可以自然塑造你喜欢的体形，同样可以收获奖杯。I'm a proof that this is not the case and that you can build the physique you like and be rewarded for it too.
在结尾我想说…你必须为你的体形和你的健康而活。At the end of it all... you have to live with your physique and your health.
不是健美行业，不是裁判，而是你。做你想成为的人！你可以更好！not the industry, not the judges, but YOU. ..be who YOU want to be and better you can be.
