我几乎故技重施,暂停力量训练,只是为了重拾柔韧…I almost did the same thing and dropped strength training to just work on flexibility again...
我一无所获??!平衡!have I not learned anything??! BALANCE!
现在,我将每天分别训练力量与柔韧,每天继续兼顾它们,在二者中找到平衡。I will now be dedicating every other day to strength and the in between days back to flexibility.working both and continuing to find dat balance everyday.
