我的腰背部最近疼得很厉害,我在避免所有可能的后弯体式,我去整骨,但疼痛并没有消失。I was having a lt of pain in mylower backlately and I wasavoiding all the possibledeep backbends and I was going to an osteopath, but the pain was notgoing away.
于是我做了核磁共振,我发现了为什么我会感到疼痛。没关系,我会好好照看它的。So I did an MRI and I found out why I was having that pain. It' s ok I will treat it and take care of it.
