走近百大冠军95期Krista：2012，我退出了健美运动……我没能在全国性的比赛中取得好的名次，所以我退出了。但后来，我决定证明他们有眼无珠，我在同一年拿到了我的职业卡。In 2012 I quit the sport of bodybuilding...I didn't place well at a national show, so I quit. For a day..... But then, I decide to prove them wrong ,I ended up earning my pro card that same year.
看着这张照片，我很高兴我决定坚持下去。我喜欢我多年来精雕细琢的体格。Looking at this picture, I am very glad that I made the decision to stick with it. I love the physique that I have sculpted and perfected over the years.
它已经变成了我非常引以为豪的东西。健美是一个没有尽头的艺术项目，总有一些东西需要改进、改变和发展。It has evolved and become something I am incredibly proud of. It really is an art project that has no end, there is always something to improve, change and develop.

I don't always realize what I look like and how chiseled the muscles look. I absolutely love this photo, itshows off the hard work, and the blood, sweat and tearsthat I have put in over the years!
最近有人告诉我我变了，我已经变成别人了。起初我否认……我仍然是我，做我的事情…我是热心肠，富有同情心，诚实，勤奋。Lately I've been told that I'm different, that I've changed into someone else. At first I denied that...I 'm still me, doing me thing...I'm caring, compassionate,honest, hardworking.
但我从来没有自信过。所以，我想这是真的。我变了。我已经成为一个更自信的人，更有目标的驱动力以及精神和身体上的更加强壮。but I' ve never been confident.So, I guess it is true. I've changed. I' ve become a more confident person, more goal driven and stronger mentally as well as physically.
我认为自信是一种让人加分的特质。自信的感觉真是棒极了，这是我甚至还有点不习惯。I think confidence is an awesome trait to add to my personal self. It feels good to feel good about myself, it' 's something not even I am used to.
我真的喜欢我的健美运动，不管是健美圈的朋友还是非健美圈的，他们都支持我。自信的人不会错。I really do love my sport, my friends within the sport and my friends outside the sport that support me. There ' s nothing wrong with being confide.....
