我记得我在一个动作上老是失败，尝试并且卖力让自己抓住平衡。I remember falling out of a pose almost every time I tried it and hopping around trying to catch my balance.

你的卖力是你学习过程的一部分，我向你保证努力会有回报。But,that's all part of the process of learning new things and I promise you now that hard work does pay off.

当你完成时你会觉得非常自豪，因为只有付出，耐心和练习才能让你完成目标。When it does you will feel so damn proud of youself because only commitment,patience and practice can get you there.
