瑜伽是一次旅行而不是苦行,你需要享受它。every asana has a journey and you have to enjoy it not suffer on the way.
有时候你会喘不过气来,或是听到骨头的异响,或是一点疼痛的酸爽。Sometimes you will lose your breath, others just hear your bones cracking or feeling a little but gentle and pleasure pain.
所以,当你在练习的时候,请享受内心的感受。just enjoy all your inner feelings while your practice.
