一句话瑜伽,第331期Kelley:现在我仍无法使用前臂来倒立。l can't stand on my forearms right now.
我不能碰我的脚趾。我不能劈叉。我不能完成鸽子式,用单脚碰到我的头。I can't touch my toes. I can't do splits. I can't reach back and touch my foot to my head in one legged kind pigeon.
我不行,我不行,我不行。这是我对之前受伤后的看法。I can't, I can't,I can't. This is how l used to think of my injuries.
但现在,我更清楚了。痛到不行的感觉仍历历在目。But now, I know better. I remember what rock bottom injury-wise looked like.
过去的一年里,我真是深有体会了!And I've been there more than once for different injuries over the last year!
现在我知道,不要把任何瑜伽动作都当成理所当然。Now I know better than to take any movement for granted.
我可以做浅蹲,我可以做臀大肌训练,我可以带着伤痛和家人一起散步。I CAN do shallow squats. I CAN do the clamshell glute exercises. I CAN take pain free walks with my family.
我可以,我将有条不紊地恢复,对此我表示很可以。I CAN. And I WILL continue to heal. At my pace, in my time. And I'm content with that.
